Who says working out can’t be fun, especially when you get your kids involved!! This workout is equipment-free and can be done in the comfort of your living room or outside if you want to catch some sun! The Drop 10 workout:
As you go through your exercises, the amount you do will drop by 10! Work your way through the video, starting with 100 crunches. After going through all exercises, repeat them all one more time. If you are feeling up for the extra challenge, repeat twice!
