- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tsp, Baking powder
- 5 Tbsp(s), Almond Milk – Vanilla – Unsweetened
- 1 scoop About Time Vanilla Protein Powder
- Optional Berries and Almond Butter Topping
In a large bowl mix together eggs, almond milk baking powder and protein powder. Pour batter onto pan and let cook for 4 minutes on each side (until bubbles appear). Enjoy!
