Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

½ cup old fashioned oats

¼ cup chopped honeycrisp apple

⅔ cup almond milk

½ cup nonfat greek yogurt

1 tbsp chopped walnuts

1 tsp splenda light brown sugar

Small amount of vanilla

Dash of cinnamon

Dash of salt

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a container and combine. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for a few hours.

2. Serve chilled
