Ingredients:
- 1 apple, diced
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 packet Truvia
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
In a mason jar or bowl, add all ingredients and stir or replace lid and shake to combine. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. Serve chilled or warm and sprinkle with Chef David’s healthy granola if desired!
