Ingredients:
- 1/2 gala apple
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ice as desired
