Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 gala apple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ice as desired

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and combine. Serves 1.
