Ingredients:
- 1 Slice Ezekiel Bread, sesame or whole-grain
- 1/4 avocado, mashed
- 2-3 cooked egg whites, scrambled or hard-boiled
- 1 Tablespoon salsa
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Toast bread to desired crispness. While toasting, scramble egg whites. Spread mashed avocado over toast, top with egg whites and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Finish with salsa topping and enjoy! Serves 1.
