Cinnamon Vanilla French Toast

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 4 slices Dave’s Killer Bread
  • Optional toppings – mixed berries or sugar free syrup

Directions:

Beat together egg, vanilla, and cinnamon. Add in skim milk and stir to combine. Soak bread in egg mixture for 2-3 minutes. While bread is soaking, preheat a skillet over medium heat. Spray skillet with cooking spray and cook bread until browned on both sides. Top with mixed berries or sugar free syrup.
