Cottage Cheese Queso

Today, we’re trying something perfect for game day! 🏈 If you love getting together to tailgate but don’t hate being tempted by all those greasy snack, this is perfect for you.

This three ingredient cottage cheese queso is amazing and is a great high protein snack appetizer to take for game day and no one will know that it is made with cottage cheese! Just blend and
microwave it and that’s it! Add veggies or blue corn chips and enjoy this high protein dip! Here’s the recipe:


Ingredients:
1 cup of Good Culture 2% cottage cheese
2-3 teaspoon Mrs. Dash No Sodium taco seasoning packet
1/2c of shredded cheese

Optional toppings : pico de gallo, cilantro, red onion, cherry tomatoes, or crushed red pepper.

Directions:
1. Add cottage cheese and Mrs. Dash No Sodium taco seasoning packet to the mini cuisinart and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer your cottage cheese mix to a microwave bowl and add your shredded cheese.
Microwave in 30 seconds until cheese is fully melted, about 1-1/2 minutes.
Optional toppings : pico de gallo, cilantro, red onion, cherry tomatoes, or crushed red pepper.
3. Use blue corn chips or veggies to the dip and enjoy!
