Ingredients:
- 2 English Cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise then sliced
- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 1 Red Onion, cut in half then sliced
- Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Directions:
