I’ve been working with a client for the past six months, and her physical transformation has been incredible! She told me this is one of her go-to breakfast recipes, and I just had to share it with you all. 🙌
Ingredients:
Egg life wrap
2 tbsp mozzarella
½ cup liquid egg white
1 cup arugula
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup veggies (peppers and onions)
1. Spray a non stick pan with avocado oil and sprinkle a little mozzarella in the pan to toast on the egg white wrap
2. Place the egg life wrap in a pan to flip on both sides and toast with a little parm on the outside
3. Take the wrap off the pan and add ½ of liquid egg whites to a pan with arugula, 1/4 c of cheese of choice and veggies (I added peppers and onions)
4. Flip the egg white/arugula combination on both sides to cook, then add the egg white mixture to the egg life wrap and flip to make a “taco”
5. You can add avocado to the top of it or add some quinoa to it as well.It is absolutely delicious and low in carbs and calories for a breakfast or a great snack! 🍳 Enjoy and
