Ingredients
Romaine lettuce, cut into smaller pieces
4 oz chicken breast, baked or grilled
¼ cup feta cheese
5 black olives, halved
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 English cucumber, diced
¼ small red onion, chopped
Vinaigrette Dressing
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp red wine vinegar
¼ tsp minced garlic
½ tsp minced parsley
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Whisk to combine vinaigrette dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Combine salad ingredients together by adding romaine lettuce first then each of the other ingredients. Top with dressing.
