Green Beans and Almonds

Ingredients

1 lb green beans, trimmed

2 tsp avocado oil or avo spray

Himalayan salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place green beans on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray or drizzle oil over green beans. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Roast in oven for 12 minutes. Scatter slivered almonds over green beans and let roast for about 4 more minutes (or until beans begin browning on ends and almonds become fragrant).
