Ingredients
1 lb green beans, trimmed
2 tsp avocado oil or avo spray
Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp slivered almonds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place green beans on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray or drizzle oil over green beans. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast in oven for 12 minutes. Scatter slivered almonds over green beans and let roast for about 4 more minutes (or until beans begin browning on ends and almonds become fragrant).
