Ground Beef Bowl

Ingredients

3 oz 96% lean 4% fat ground beef (a little less than 1/3 of a 1 lb package of ground beef)

Lettuce, shredded

Betsy’s “Oven-Baked Carrot Fries” (refer to recipe)

¼ avocado (1 single serving guac cup)

¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef. Use spray oil to coat the pan and turn to medium high heat. Place meat in a hot pan and break into large pieces and smaller pieces as it cooks. Cook until browned and try not to stir.
  2. Prepare carrot fries.
  3. Place lettuce in bowl for the base and add ground beef, carrot fries, guac and cheese to top.
