3 oz 96% lean 4% fat ground beef (a little less than 1/3 of a 1 lb package of ground beef)
Betsy’s “Oven-Baked Carrot Fries” (refer to recipe)
¼ avocado (1 single serving guac cup)
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cook ground beef. Use spray oil to coat the pan and turn to medium high heat. Place meat in a hot pan and break into large pieces and smaller pieces as it cooks. Cook until browned and try not to stir.
- Prepare carrot fries.
- Place lettuce in bowl for the base and add ground beef, carrot fries, guac and cheese to top.
