Are you needing a sweet treat, but not wanting to wreck your diet! π These high protein and low carb brownies are so easy to make and great to satisfy that sweet tooth. Pro tip, I cut these brownies up and freeze them so I can have them on hand (and to also not eat the whole pan:). You will just need 5 simple ingredients that you probably already have and BOOM….the brownies are ready in minutes. π
Ingredients:
3/4 c of 2% cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 c of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c of powdered sweetener (I used truvia or stevia)
2 T of nut butter (I used almond butter)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients up and stir well. Place is a baking tray and bake at 350 degrees in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Cut and dust with powdered sugar or sweetener and enjoy! You will love these to satisfy any sweet craving!
