Ingredients:
- 4-5 Chicken Breasts
- 2 Lemons
- 1 cup Hummus
- 2 Broccoli Crowns
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Place broccoli and sliced lemon in the bottom of the pan. Salt and pepper chicken to taste and spread hummus on top of chicken. Place chicken on top of broccoli, drizzling with second lemon juice if desired. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and bake in oven at 450 for 20-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Serves 4.
