Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 small banana
- 1 Cup fat-free unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Several Ice Cubes for desired consistency
- 1 packet Stevia or other Sugar Substitute
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency. For a thicker smoothie, add more ice cubes. Serves 1.
