Lemon Blueberry Muffin Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1 Cup fat-free unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Several Ice Cubes for desired consistency
  • 1 packet Stevia or other Sugar Substitute

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency. For a thicker smoothie, add more ice cubes. Serves 1.
