- 1 scoop vanilla designer whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
