Mexican Crock Pot Chicken

mexican crock pot chicken


2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 cups medium salsa

1 tbsp Mrs. Dash no sodium Taco seasoning

1 cup water

2 Tbsp Cilantro

Topping per plate: ¼ avocado or shredded cheese


  1. Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Add water and salsa. Cover with Mrs. Dash taco seasoning. Add Cilantro on top. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (or on high for 3 hours). When done, shred with a fork and stir.
