Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 mandarin orange, zested and peeled
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla designer whey protein
  • 1/2 cup 2% reduced fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy! Serves 1.
