Overnight Swiss Muesli

  • 1 3/4 cup of quick oats
  • 1 3/4 cup of skim milk
  • 1/4 cup of orange juice
  • 1 apple cored and grated with the peel
  • 1/2 cup of chopped raspberries
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 1/2 cup of plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 c of chopped walnuts


Combine all ingredients and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
Serves 2.
