Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cup of quick oats
- 1 3/4 cup of skim milk
- 1/4 cup of orange juice
- 1 apple cored and grated with the peel
- 1/2 cup of chopped raspberries
- 2 T honey
- 1 1/2 cup of plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 c of chopped walnuts
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
