– 3 (12-ounce) packages of Brussels sprouts
– 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese
– 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt
– 1 1/2 tablespoons of ground pepper
– 1 1/2 tablespoons of garlic powder
– 1 tablespoons of olive oil
- Cut Brussels Sprouts into quarters.
- Add olive oil to cast iron skillet or pan.
- On medium to high heat add brussels sprouts.
- Add cheese and spices to the pan.
- Stir until brussels sprouts are fully cooked.
