Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Recipe:
– 3 (12-ounce) packages of Brussels sprouts
– 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese
– 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt
– 1 1/2 tablespoons of ground pepper
– 1 1/2 tablespoons of garlic powder
– 1 tablespoons of olive oil

Directions:

  1. Cut Brussels Sprouts into quarters.
  2. Add olive oil to cast iron skillet or pan.
  3. On medium to high heat add brussels sprouts.
  4. Add cheese and spices to the pan.
  5. Stir until brussels sprouts are fully cooked.
  6. Enjoy!
