Ingredients
Romaine or iceberg lettuce
¼ lb Ground turkey, chicken, beef
Mrs. Dash no sodium Mexican Seasoning
2 tbsp Guacamole
½ cup Baby tomatoes, cut in half
2 tbsp Salsa
1/8 cup Mozzarella shredded cheese
1/8 cup chopped onion
¼ lime slice
Fresh cilantro
Two corn tortillas
Directions
- To make tortilla chips, cut tortillas into triangles and place in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry for 350 degrees about 7-9 minutes. Let cool while preparing the rest of the taco bowl.
- Cook the meat in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the meat, break up into small bits and sauté for about 8-10 minutes until mostly browned.
- Lightly season the meat with Mrs. Dash seasoning, mix everything and cook for another minute.
- Assemble the salad by adding the chopped lettuce at the bottom of the bowl. Add the meat, then the guacamole, tomatoes, salsa, mozzarella cheese, onion, lime juice and slice, and fresh cilantro. Add in the air fried tortilla chips.
