Lately, I have been so obsessed with my new Cuisinart food processor. One of the first things I made were these great salmon burgers. It only takes a few ingredients!
Ingredients:
1 pound salmon, chopped
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ cup chopped red onion
¼ cup panko bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Chop all of your salmon using the pulse setting on your Cuisinart. Once your salmon is nicely chopped, add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix together. Take your mixture and create 4-5 burger-sized patties. Roll your created burger patties in panko bread crumbs. Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Halfway through the cooking cycle, flip the burgers to get nicely cooked on both sides. These burgers can be served on rice or salad. They’re great to keep in the fridge for a quick lunch or dinner. Hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
