Here’s our first recipe using the Cuisinart—a delicious smoothie bowl! Start your day with a blend of fresh fruits, flavors, and all your favorite toppings. 🍓🥥🫐 This is an incredible cottage cheese breakfast bowl without the sugar! The acai bowls at juice bars sometimes have over 40 grams of sugar, and not to mention that they are expensive. Try this and let me know what you think! It is so good and you can add all different types of fruits to it to mix it up.
Ingredients:
½ cup cottage cheese
½ cup frozen mixed berries
1 T chia seeds
½ T coconut flakes
Directions:
1. Use the mini cuisinart to blend 1/2 c of cottage cheese (I used Good Culture 2%)
2. Add 1/2 c of frozen mixed berries or your favorite fruit
3. Blend until smooth (it will be chunky at first, but keep blending and it will get smooth). You can always add milk if you need to add some liquid.
4. Top with any combo. I added 1 T of chia seeds and a little coconut flakes. (you can do any nut
