½ cup frozen strawberries
1/8 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 scoop PB2 peanut butter powder
1/8 cup unsweetened vanilla or pain almond milk


  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until desired thickness.
