Summertime is the perfect time for kabobs! If you loved my barbecue kabobs from last month, then you will love these Indian-inspired Tandoori Chicken Kabobs. They are easy to make and packed with tons of flavor without all the sodium.
Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts, chopped
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 Tablespoon plain fat-free yogurt
1 Tablespoon tomato puree
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon red food coloring
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all of your ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Once everything is combined, place about 5-6 pieces of chicken on each kabob. Cook in an air fryer for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. You can serve these on rice, cauliflower rice, or whatever you prefer. These are even great to keep in the fridge for the week for something quick and easy to heat up for lunch or dinner.
