- 3 cups boston lettuce, chopped
- ⅛ cup chopped cucumber
- ⅛ cup shredded carrots
- 1 red bell pepper, chipped
- ½ cup shredded cabbage
- 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
- ⅛ cup red onion, sliced
- ⅛ cup cilantro, chopped
- ¼ small avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup edamame
- 3.5 oz grilled chicken
- 1 tbsp Trader Joe’s spicy peanut vinaigrette
