Valentine’s Day Chocolate Mug Cake

Cake in a pink mug

Ingredients
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp honey
¼ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp almond milk
1 drop vanilla extract
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Put the coconut oil into a microwavable mug and microwave for about 20 seconds until
    melted. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, honey, baking powder to the mug and
    combine.
  2. Add in the salt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips and stir to combine.
  3. Microwave on high for 75-90 seconds. Let cool for 3-5 minutes and enjoy!
  4. Add strawberries and powdered sugar on top for Valentine’s day edition!
