Ingredients
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp honey
¼ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp almond milk
1 drop vanilla extract
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Powdered sugar
Directions
- Put the coconut oil into a microwavable mug and microwave for about 20 seconds until
melted. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, honey, baking powder to the mug and
combine. - Add in the salt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips and stir to combine.
- Microwave on high for 75-90 seconds. Let cool for 3-5 minutes and enjoy!
- Add strawberries and powdered sugar on top for Valentine’s day edition!
