Veggie and Black Bean Burrito

2 medium zucchinis, diced

½ onion, diced

1 orange bell pepper, diced

½ cup mushrooms, diced

1 tbsp avocado oil

1 can black beans

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp oregano

¼ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp paprika

5 Xtreme wellness tortilla wraps

Top with ¼ avocado if desired


  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add the veggies. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Once soft mix in all the spices, then add in the black beans and cook for 7 more minutes.
  2. To assemble divide the cheese evenly and place in the center of each wrap. Top with the bean and veggies.
  3. Wrap individually if saving for later and can be frozen until ready to eat. Reheat on stove or microwave.
