Ingredients
1 lb venison tenderloin tips or sirloin steak cut into chunks
2 tbsp avocado oil
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
¼ cup Primal Kitchen steak sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ tbsp black pepper
Juice from ½ lemon
8 oz whole mushrooms, sliced
3 bell peppers, sliced
1 red onion, sliced into chunks
Directions
1. Combine the oil, soy sauce, steak sauce, garlic, mustard, pepper, lemon juice in a medium bowl and whisk together.
2. Add the tenderloin to the marinade and let marinate in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
3. Preheat grill to medium heat or 350 degrees
4. After marinated, remove tenderloin tips and place on skewers separate from the vegetables to ensure proper cooking time.
5. Grill the tenderloin tips until medium rare, about 130-135 degrees and remove from gril. Grill veggies until soft and tender.
6. Serve immediately.
