Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1/2 diced apple
- 1/2 cup roasted sweet potatoes, diced and warm
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa, warm
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 cooked chicken breast, chopped and warm
- 1 tbsp light balsamic vinaigrette, warmed
Directions:
