After hearing about Betsy a couple of years ago from friends at the gym, I finally decided to contact her in March 2025. I regularly exercised, but I wanted to clean up my diet. I needed to “tighten up” my body and wanted to gain control of my health as I approached my mid-forties. I was in frequent contact with Betsy with her monitoring my progress, suggesting new ideas and keeping me on track. She encouraged me along the way and corrected me when I deviated from our plan. Betsy also taught me how to maintain going forward, whether I’m at home, at a restaurant or on vacation. What started out as more effort to eat intentionally has now become a habit. I have since lost almost 20 pounds. My annual physical results have improved, my clothes fit better and I have more confidence.
