“Same story, 3,731st verse! Try this fad, try that fad- only to be disappointed, frustrated and still overweight! About 5 years ago I was running three miles several times a week and whatever fad diet I was on at the time was mostly working. 40 hit me like a wrecking ball! Nothing worked and I needed help. Betsy has helped me think differently about food. YOU DON’T HAVE TO STARVE! I always thought less is best. Man, was I wrong. Betsy taught me what to eat and made me eat MORE….I’m now down 18 pounds. But the best part is my activity level! I’m back to three miles three times a week PLUS she introduced me Mason Burks Training. I love going there the other three mornings of the week! Her daily encouragement, accountability and family-friendly recipes has lead me to where I am today. I feel so much better and highly recommend anyone ready for change- one that is sustainable (and fun) over the LONG HAUL….call Betsy. I’m still working with her, as I’m not at my goal, and I’m loving every bit of the progress!!!
