“As I approached my 40th birthday, I knew I did not want to start my 40th year looking and feeling the way I did. I had also committed to running my first marathon in October! I am a runner and love to workout, however, I was always feeling tired and sluggish. I never had any energy and the pounds never came off. Coming from a family involved in the fitness industry, I knew how to eat clean and properly, but being a mom of two active boys, I always had an excuse – a late night at the baseball field, help with homework, golf practice at 5:30, etc…When I finally decided I was tired of excuses and ready to get my healthy lifestyle back, I called Betsy. I knew I wanted to start my marathon training looking and feeling my very best. Since I started working with Betsy in April, I have lost 17 lbs and shaved 45 seconds off my running pace. I have more energy and confidence than ever! And thanks to Betsy, I’ve learned that healthy food can travel! The best snack at the ballpark is a Greek yogurt with a few almonds! As I continue to work with Betsy during my marathon training, I learn something new from her each week. I am so excited to continue this journey with her cannot wait to see her at the finish line in Chicago! Thank you, Betsy!!”
