I had been pretty slim all of my life, and then 35 hit. All of a sudden, I was not exercising much and I was probably gaining 5-6 pounds a year. I knew Betsy, but never really thought her plan was for me because I didn’t have a huge amount of weight to lose, and I thought I ate well because I have always steered clear of sugary/fried food. I saw the picture on the left New Years Day and decided it was time to do something, so I contacted Betsy. The first thing she told me was that I was a sodium addict! We cut that out quickly, added carbs and healthy fat into my diet. She provided very specific meal plans, shopping lists, and recipes, but I can eat anywhere! That is important for me since I travel for work, and have business meals often. I was never hungry. In fact, in the beginning, I was scared I would be the first to gain weight on the plan because I was eating more than I ever have. I lost 15 pounds, and am finally back in my old clothes! I didn’t even realize I was low energy, but I have more energy than I have in years. My only regret is that I didn’t reach out years ago! It was the best money I have ever spent. I really can’t say enough about how much I love working with Betsy!
