“I wanted to take a moment to shout out one of my amazing clients whom I have gotten to know and adore. Ben was going into his senior year of high school and he wanted to make a lifestyle change for himself and his mom called me to see if I could help him. He started with me in the spring during the heightened pandemic. We set an eating schedule together and he told me he didn’t love to exercise but could walk. This boy walked miles during COVID, ate right, was diligent on his logging, and to date, he has lost over 50 POUNDS!! Ben is still working on losing some more weight but has tackled everything that I have given him and has honestly changed his life.
