“My wife, Jessie, had shown me Betsy’s website a few times and I told her I would do the nutrition program with her. I had put on too much weight and had made some halfhearted efforts into exercising regularly and trying to eat healthier. I thought I knew how to eat well, but it turns out I had no clue what I was doing! Betsy’s plan wasn’t a crazy, restrictive diet where I had to cut out all grains or dairy. It was a simple plan that was easy to stick to and something that is maintainable long term. Betsy helped me push through a plateau and I ended up losing more weight than my goal. I lost 15 pounds in 12 weeks and currently weigh what I did in high school.”
