My Dad….wanting to be the best version of himself chose to embark on improving his health and weight over the course of the last 5 years. He has lost 60 pounds and has made it a priority to take care of himself. Is it harder when you’re older? Yes! Does he run marathons? No! He walks a couple of miles every day, and absolutely nails his food. You see… eating is where it’s at and he wants to live as long as he can to enjoy his 4 grandsons. Way to go Dad!
