A year ago I turned 40 and was at my highest weight. I have two young kids and a full-time, fast paced job. I ate fast food a lot and when it wasn’t fast food, it was the standard taco kit or pizza night. I’m a very picky eater and unfortunately do not enjoy many veggies or fruits. That was fine when I was younger. However, at 40, it resulted in me being overweight and tired all the time.

Betsy helped me discover food options I wouldn’t even know to look at, much less purchase at the store. They were healthy alternatives to things I like to eat. She taught me how to balance my meals with my healthy fats, protein, and carbs. Her program helped me be accountable to myself and to my goals.
In six months, I lost 30 pounds. I have done this without a single workout. More importantly, I have completely changed my eating habits. I am eating clean, lean meals that make me feel good and I’m loving it. It really never felt like a diet and now it’s honestly just the way I want and enjoy eating.
