“September 12, 2017 was my first meeting with Betsy. I had started running and really working out when I turned 40 in 2013 because the weight was slowly adding up. That worked for a while because I had the mind set of workout and eat what you want. Then came a point where no matter what I did the weight did not come off. I have had people tell me over the years of how I should be eating to lose weight. I heard them, but deep down I was not ready to make that change for myself. Last year, I was introduced to Betsy through my best friend Muna who had lost a lot of weight before her Ironman.
