“On my first meeting with Betsy, I told her that I was addicted to sugar. I was exhausted all the time and I had to have a plan that could easily become a part of my life. I did not want a short term diet, but a lifestyle change. To add to the difficulty, I don’t eat most meats, only fish and eggs. I am also a very picky eater. Betsy worked with me to clean up my diet. (I ate a lot of processed and packaged foods.) She figured out how to make it work for me and I absolutely loved what I was eating. I was super close to requiring medication for my thyroid before I met with Betsy. . After a month of eating my new diet, I wasn’t tired and I haven’t needed a single nap. My thyroid numbers improved and I was no longer borderline for medication. I lost 15 pounds and I feel great!! My new way of eating has become a habit and I really enjoy it. I can’t thank Betsy enough for putting me on the right track.”
