“I was so excited to work with Betsy to trim down my waist. I’d always been working out, but never really seeing the results I wanted to in my belly. In the 8 weeks we worked together, I lost 8 pounds. I also learned so much about what I was eating and how it was working against me, instead of with my efforts in the gym. My only regret is that I didn’t do the body fat analysis because I got so much stronger during those 2 months, too! I had so much more (consistent) energy, which helped fuel my workouts. I still have work to do, but with Betsy’s guidelines, I know I can get there.”
