I reached out to Betsy after a good friend of mine had completed her program and had amazing results. I had reached a place, at almost 40, of thinking something was wrong with my hormones and aging was keeping me at a weight I couldn’t control no matter what I tried. I met with my doctor and had many tests taken. Everything was perfect with my hormone levels, leading me to think there has to be something I am doing that is holding me back. I had gradually kept gaining weight after my second child, I was working out like a crazy woman and “eating healthy”, or so I thought.
I signed on with Betsy, apprehensive that anything would work. Well, let me tell you, I became very aware that things I thought were healthy weren’t in fact healthy. I learned that nutrition is most important. I was shocked to see me get back to my normal healthy weight. When I say shocked I mean SHOCKED. Now I tell everyone who says well I am just getting older that NO trust me work on your nutrition and you will see results. This was the first thing I have followed that made sense, was easy to follow and understand, and I didn’t feel deprived of anything. I can not thank Betsy enough for her encouragement and support. She knew exactly what to change when I would hit a plateau to get me over the hump and have forward progress. I have told everyone I know they need Betsy :).
