“At the end of my first 9 weeks, I was loving how I felt. I wasn’t bloated, I didn’t have the inflammation in my joints, I was sleeping, my exercise was getting easier…not just the scale (although that was nice) but I actually felt the best I had physically felt in years. So I decided to sign up for another round and another round and another round… so here I am 6 months in, 30 pounds lighter, 2 sizes down, and I’m still not done. For every plateau, Betsy has changed up my plan just for me. She meets me where I am and pushes me the extra mile. She is literally THE BEST!” -Kendra
