“I am 46 years old and have been active my whole life and in relatively good shape. However, when I turned 40 and my children’s activities became more important than my own, I started gaining unwanted weight. My energy level was low, I needed more sleep, and my digestion became very poor. I started feeling bloated and just not very healthy. Betsy Johnson came to speak to a men’s group that I attend, and I decided that I needed to make some healthier eating choices. I weighed in at 185lbs. I had three goals. 1 increase my energy level. 2 improve my bloating and digestion. 3 to lose 14 lbs. Betsy mapped out a daily eating strategy. I was surprised at the amount of food I needed to eat daily and made the proper adjustments. She gave me encouragement throughout the process and directed me to make proper adjustments. 2 months later, I have lost 14 lbs, my bloating is gone, and I have drastically improved my energy level. I’m also happy to say that I’m down three sizes from a 36 to a 33 waist. I am thrilled and I did it with literally few workouts. Thank you, Betsy.
