I recently had my yearly physical and the doctor continuously asked if I was stressed out because of the amount of weight I had lost since seeing them last. (YEAR TO DATE IM DOWN 14 pounds) Fortunately, I was able to look at them and tell them that I am not stressed, but that I am eating right.
Thanks to connecting with Betsy, in early March, I was able to succeed in my 10 lb. weight loss goal and I’m keeping it off! Betsy offered me real-life information on eating the right foods at the right time – she even allowed me to introduce carbs that I have always seen as a ‘no-no’. Happily, my clothes fit again, I’m finding the energy that I thought was lost and I’m maintaining this ‘real life’ lifestyle!
