“I am 63 years old and have lost 23 pounds in 3 months with Betsy’s guidance. I have never been a fad dieter because I always believed whatever you did to lose weight had to be something that could be continued so I tried exercise and eating salads and what I thought were healthy foods. I very seldom ate fast food or drank sugary drinks, but I would drop a few pounds and then gain back 3 pounds. I would get discouraged and give up. I just figured it was my age and slower metabolism. A friend suggested I reach out to Betsy. I knew I needed to try something because every time I stepped on the scales it was +2. I met with Betsy after logging my food intake for a week and told her I would not be successful if I had to count calories or measure everything. She said she knew I would be successful if I followed the plan she laid out for me. Betsy made it easy by providing suggested meal and snack combinations and some fabulous recipes. During the 3 months I traveled, had holidays, birthdays and every kind of distraction, which is called life. There were some weeks I may have only lost .5 pounds but not once did I gain any weight. I ate more food than I thought was possible if losing weight was the objective. I feel better, have more energy and have gone from a size 14 to a size 8. I am so thankful that I reached out to Betsy for help. She is amazing.”⁠
