I have always been active. Growing up a dancer I spent countless hours in the studio. I was able to eat and “work it off.” Fast forward to 2020, I have my second child in January and the scale is not moving. I was running again, but no luck losing my baby weight. My sister reached out to me, after seeing a mutual friend on Betsy’s Tuesday Testimonials. I was hesitant at first but decided I needed additional help.
