“After a tough year of grad school, I developed some pretty horrible eating habits before realizing I needed to make a change. I had given up on cooking, and instead implemented a rotating meal schedule of chicken tenders, chinese food, and cheesesteaks. I had barely enough energy to get through the day, and gave up on trying to get to the gym.
