Patricia, lost 9 lbs in 2 months

“After turning 50 in April, I came to Betsy for help with my nutrition before my daughter’s wedding the following July. I worked with her for 2 months with the goals of feeling better and learning to eat right, and obviously to lose a few pounds. I have a very demanding job as a judge and rarely eat lunch and cannot predict when court will finish for the day. I would generally skip or have cereal for breakfast, starve until 3:30, then pick up fast food for lunch and eat pretty light for dinner. I knew several friends who had worked with Betsy and had experienced great permanent results, so I gave her a call. I cannot say enough about how clear, direct and easy it is to follow Betsy’s plan and have rapid results. I’m eating more than I did before, I just eat more often and in the right combinations for energy and fullness. I feel great and lost 9 pounds in those 2 months, and keeping the weight off has been easy. . I look at food so differently now: I eat for energy and love the healthy choices. It’s actually simpler to cook and plan with Betsy’s direction than it is to think up my own menus. Because I am not exhausted every day when I get home, finally, at age 50, I am working out with a personal trainer and really love the exercise. I am going to incorporate healthy eating into the rest of my life and enjoy the extra energy I have. Thanks Betsy!”
